I too like the rest of the people who have filed complaints did not authrize a debit on my bank account. I was stonewalled for days with no response becasue "their server was down" and the person I spoke to on the "support" line would not help me. My bank is working with me to get a credit but it will take over 30 days. This company claimed that this was a fifteen (15) day trial period and then trick you into receiving the merchanside early and then debiting your account before you can even find out if you like the product... read full review »
