My boyfriend bought me a visa green dot card for my birthday so I could order a pair of Ugg boots. I ordered from this website Milo Shoes because they had the best price around and didn't charge shipping. I placed the order and 3 days later I get a email from the company saying they cancelled my order. They didn't say anything about refunding my card so I checked and they had not.
