This is a long and fully documented complaint about sending a check for $45.79 dated November 11, 2007 along with 9 rolls of film for processing. The check was cashed by the bank November 13, 2007, and I have it my hands as I write. After contacting the company and giving them all the information, finally, today, June 13, 2008, an envelope came in the mail containing the 9 rolls of film, unprocessed.
