We have contacted ASC, who is part of Wells Fargo Group. We have written to them with all our details and explain our situation, we contact a Consumer Credit Counselling Service who help us to put a letter together outlining how ASC could help us save our home from foreclosure as the CCCS said not to do a Forbearance Agreement we asked ASC to lower the Mortage Rate from 7.875% and to add our mortgage arrears on the end of our mortage but all they keep coming back are Forbearance Agreements.
