This is to inform you that I have had unsatisfactory and possibly actionable dealings with a company called The Director Chair Co., a division of Roko Inc., 94 10th Street, Hanover, Ontario, N4N 1N2. Although this organization is based in Ontario, it has a presence on the Net, and evidently deals with New York and many other states. In mid-April of this year I ordered chairs with specially printed canvas backs from Roko on their website. The wooden chairs themselves arrived on April 29.
