Mrs. Libert was under contract to deliver flowers for a wedding in May in Clearwater with a specific time for the flowers to be at the site before the photographer and guests arrived. Mrs. Libert did deliver flowers 3 hours after said contract time. Photos had already been taken and wedding ceremony was completed. Since this time Mrs. Libert has refused to talk with the bride or groom or any member of the family about this tragedy and has refused certifed mail from attorney.
