Opening today from at 3 p.m., the newbie specializes in French-style ground beef delicacies that follow a rather strict set of preparation rules. So while freshness and special care go into the cooking, hachés are essentially burgers, topped with cheese, sauces, lettuce, tomatoes, and more.
