I purchased a GPS from fotoconnection.com, and I called them the day I received it because it didn't work. Would not even turn on. They will accept a return, but they require me to pay a 15% restocking fee, will not refund the shipping charge, and on top of that, I have to pay for the return shipping. The only other option is to return this to the manufacturer at my expense. read full review »
