I ordered Florist.com a plant to send my friend who lost her family. It was to show my condolence. They sent my friend red hydrangea with red big ribbon. I did not know the fact until I stopped by her office. I called the customer service at florist.com, but their local florist denied the fact the wrong flower delivery on the phone.
