They never send you the packet they say they will, then they charge you before the 30 days is up, before you can cancel. These people are a RIP OFF! Then when you call them, you sit on hold for 30 minutes. When you want to challenge the money they charge (they charge like 60 bucks when they say it's only something like 12 dollars a month, they send you to someone else and you sit on hold for another 30 minutes. Then some rude bitch gets on line and tells you you should have called earlier and they won't give you back your money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A RIP OFF! read full review »
