I live in New York City and have used this service once before with the ticket being dismissed. The second time I used it I was found guilty. Now comes the hard part: getting a refund. Because I used WhiteOut to remove their logo or Copyright as they call it, I was refused a refund for altering the document. I changed no dates or places or any other information. You have to fax them all the documentation (which they already have), and if anything is missing or "altered" you're out. It's a great service if it works, but don't count on a refund. There is talk of a class action suit and I would definitely want in on that. read full review »
