Teamwork Realty-Anthony Hawkins, manager, refuses to release $1300.00 security deposit to former tenant. Tenant gave notice to vacate on January 24, 2008, stating that she would vacate the premises effective Feb. 28, 2008. Deposit was not released to tenant within 30 days of vacating the property as stated in the lease agreement. On April 13, tenant mailed Teamwork Realty-Anthony Hawkins a 10-day demand letter.
