On Saturday 11/22 2008 Frank Pinter Bought a laptop, camera and other items and service contract for 3 years from Best Buy, Rogers Arkansas. He was told, if he has any problems, he can call and get help immediatelly from a salesman. On the same evening about 6 pm his wife tried a laptop, it was no working at all. We called to the store for 3 times, the last person told us to bring everything back and they will refund all.
