On March 23, 2009, I received a call from Diane Shields with Maxwell Capital Group and she assured me that I qualified for a loan up to $5000.00 dollars with a security deposit paid in advance in the amount of $830.00 dollars. On March 26, 2009, I wired $830.00 dollars by money gram to Ruth Stansord in Canada - this was the investor who was to furnish the loan within 24 hours.
