WARNING! If you purchase this product, do not plan on receiving a refund for unauthorized charges against your credit card. I have been calling for 5 months and have not been refunded $88.62 which is a percentage of the total initial charge. They have the product AND my money. What is maddening is that they want my bank to call THEM to verify the money was never received - yet another stall tactic. The language barrier - operators are difficult to understand, the vague responses - location of business not disclosed, and the failure to conduct business with integrity are what you don't see in the fine print.
