I ordered a product called the Cross Crunch, Order Number = 4970871093190, on May 3, 2006. I was charged for the product, but never received it. I contacted the company three times and was told they would ship the product and I would receive it by June 3, 2006. I never received the product. I called the company and demanded a refund.
