They thought I was on hold but, actually I was put on speakerphone and they were talking about me. They were using curse words and making sexual comments about me. I could not believe my ears. I had to hang up as I was just horrified. They called me back and I promptly told them that I would no longer be doing business with them and why. they just laughed and laughed. They claimed they were not speaking out me. They shouldn't speak about ANY customer that way. In this economy you should be LUCKY to have customers. AWFUL! read full review »
