I placed an order for free trail offer for trislim. I did not receive the free offer and when I called the company they had charged me 149.85 plus the shipping 0f 4.95. They did say they would refund 90% of the bill, but not the whole amount stateing that I didn't contact them and cancel the order. I didn't receive the order or have a phone# to cancel until it was charged to my account and received the phone# from my bank statement.
