I have been dealing with the most unexperienced mortgage consultant that exists. My refinance process took over 45 days while the mortgage consultant called me with wrong information. First she had the loan amount wrong, so the title company calls with additional request that were wrong. Second, she calls with talks about additional fees that we later find out were wrong.
