I placed an order for a Pinnacle Pass 3XTA 3 Person Tent on April 18, 2009. Deerfield's website states they ship in 5 business days (Apr. 24) and require up to 5 business days travel time (May 1). To date, May 4, the order has not been received and no response to email inquiries (no phone # could be found) have been received. The Better Business Bureau (503-212-3022) has received numerous complaints about late/no deliveries for Deerfield.
