This company took my money EIGHT weeks ago and still has yet to start my project. You can play phone tag trying to find out who might know about your account. One programmer was supposedly assigned to my account, but after two weeks they found out he'd quit. They claim they are trying to find someone else to do the project. Their web site says they have 225 employees. The fact is they contract their work out and have little control over who does it, how or when it gets done.
