I was charged $5.95 for a sample of Greentea capsules. Before I could even try them, $39.00 was debited from my checking account. I called to cancel "the membership". I never recieved more than the first bottle and the $39.00 was not put back into my account. It is impossible to handle this matter by phone, they are busy for hours.
