too many particulars to list here - but the general picture is that their equipment is never 100% maintained and the gyms are overcrowded - not what one expects for $150/month. the classes are very crowded - to the point of danger. and the cardio machines are so tightly packed that you brush your neighbors hand - yuck. the gym floor is hard to access dues to volume of personal trainers. but their cleaning crews work hard - the places are spotless. management is deaf to any complaint. read full review »
