On 2/28/08 Frank from US Vacations called me about listing my time share. To get me to sign up Frank had told me that I would get a $1, 900. rental check in the mail before my credit card bill was due. He promised me that he would sell my time share and that he had buyers just waiting. I started getting the feeling something wasn't right, soon after I signed up.
