I received the "free" sample May 4th, but had already been billed from 4/5, 4/19 and 5/5. They tout a 15 day free trial period. then cancel account or get more charges. I called today after finding more charges on my account. They do not want to issue back the refund from april stating that I did not call and cancel within 15 days of the original order. They also tell me I HAD the burden to call them and tell them when I DID NOT receive my order within 3-5 business days, so they are well within their rights to bill me for the first... read full review »
