I can't believe these people!!! My husband booked us a trip to Hawaii with the return flight to San Jose, Costa Rica. The woman- Michelle- told him that was fine and set it all up for us. When we left Hawaii and got to LAX we looked everywhere for our plane to Costa Rica and discovered that they had booked us a flight to San Jose, CALIFORNIA!!! We frantically found another flight- paid $1, 000 and were not able to get ahold of HTA because it was the weekend.
