I will never us FedEx again. Sony sent a package to my house with a tracking number to be delivered on a certain date. I checked in the morning and the package was to be delivered by 3 pm. I waited all day. When I called at three, I was told that the driver could not enter the apartment complex. We have a box at the front gate with our names. All the driver had to do was select my name and it would call me. Their excuse was he was not able to open the gate.
