The pool needs to be cleaned properly. I pay 225 a month for HOA dues, that is suppose to clean the pool and the hot tub. I discovered bumps all over my head that iched and it started to hurt, so I went to my doctor and they said that I had follicalitus. A condition from a pool or hot tub not being cleaned properly, and I thought we had a security gaurd on duty, and I have never seen them.
