I, like others, requested a sample for only the cost of shipping-the amount was not revealed in the ordering process. I did not receive an email confirmation of the order and there was no mention on the ordering page or website about any additional 'services' that were part of the 'deal'. Also like others, my credit card was charged for $2.95, $29.95, $79.95 and $85.91 for who knows what! I was also not able to get back to the website to 'back-track' events.
