same thing just happened to me. i made the order 4-17-09, i received the order 4/22/09 and the website said 30 day free trial beginning at day of receipt. just got off the phone with non-english speaker who was sitting at home taking my call. not much help, said i need to check the website because it is only a 15 day trial BS!!! even so if my trial started on the day i receive the order - day 15 isnt until 5/6/09 instead of 5/5/09 the day i actually got charged. but did tell me that my refund would be processed in 2-3 days. which means they... read full review »
