I purchased a "Get a Grip" handle and it doesn't work. It will not adhere to the surface. I have made several attempts to contact customer service and have waited up to 10 min and have failed to speak to anyone at Telebrand. I have searched options on contacting Telebrand and come up with 973-227-8777 as the sole line of communication. I retained the receipt and would like the item replaced. read full review »
