I ordered a trial size got it and then was charged 85.29 on my cc for another shipment of ResVpure which I never got. I then called my citibank mastercard and they would not remove the charge. Why do they not allow me to dispute the charge when this is a ripoff? Is this a citicards issue. I have tried to call the resVpure and I am getting no one. What can be done?
