I ordered The Untouchables DVD series from this ripoff outfit. Poor quality is an understatement. Looks like it was taped of the TV... make that a bad TV as the sound was garbled, picture out of focus and too dark to make out anything. Of course, there website provides a customer service e-mail address but after three attempts with no response what's the use? This is a ripoff, two-bit, sorry excuse for a business that should be put out of business.
