My girlfriend taken Southwest Airlines from Oakland, Ca to Tucson, Az. When she had checked her luggage with a digital camera, cell phone charger, and laptop charger along with the rest of her things at Oakland. When she got her bag back the zipper was open and the camera and both chargers were stolen. When she had reported to southwest that the items were stolen, they made no effort to help and just denied that anything was stolen. read full review »
