I intiallay order a trail size product from Res V Pro over the telephone I did not receive my trail order so I called back I was then mail a order. It was never spoken to me that I need to cancelled. I was told it I was interested in the product after using it that I could order more. My checking account was debted despite I did not authorize any additional product. I was told that the internet site state that you have to cancel before a date but my purchase was done over the phone. read full review »
