On March 8th, I placed an order from Newport News. When it arrived on March 11th, I immediately took two of the items to UPS for an even exchange. Here I sit on April 13th having received none of the items. I called customer service yesterday, and the rep admitted that my exchange request hasn't even appeared in their system, even though they do have the record of my return.
