I purchased at two year warranty from National Home Protection in May of 2007. At that time I didn't see anything negative about the company and was able to easily get someone on the phone anytime I called. I didn't have any issues until last month (April 2009) when my furnace started acting up. I have called their 800 number over 30 times now and left at least 8 messages.
