Just placed an order with these folks today. Paid $15.00 via PayPal for a download of a manual for an old Toshiba turntable. Got an email immediately stating that a further email would be on the way "soon" with a link to a download of the manual. Guess what-no email was sent and no response to my emails. Finally sent an email demanding the link immediately or I would file a complaint with PayPal. Almost immediately got an email stating that I had a full refund from PayPal.
