I also ordered the CD and got nothing. I called the company so many times I finally got through and was told that my trail period was over and that if I didn't go to the site it was my fault. I immediately blocked any type of payment they would take, but after reading all these complaints I decided to have all my information changed so this would not happen again in the future.
