I've been a long time paying, honest customer...& what do i get... the tech came out to my home April 27, 09..to read my meter because my gate doesn't permit them get in my house... so of course we let him in to read the meter.. the following mth i get a $600.00 bill n the mail...Of course I call & they explain...the reason for the enlarged bill was, because the tech claimed we had a dead meter..& was changed out the next night @ 7:48 pm (yeah ok)...
