I placed an order on April 3, 2009 for 50 heart shaped key chains, unity candle set, and a initial "L" for my upcoming wedding in May. Per your website the order should have been recieved in 3 to 5 days from the order date. On April 20th I called the 888# because I had not received my order and could not get thru after calling all day. So since I couldn't get thru I sent an email but did not get a response.
