I received a call on August 7, 2009 from a company stating they represented Cashnet and that I owed money for an outstanding payday loan. The 1st woman had an asian accent and didn't really speak English though she tried to read me an supposed affidavit. I told her I had no idea what she was saying so she put on her supervisor - Kevin Foster is what he called himself. Bank of America
I am outraged over the financial rape Bank of America is allower to get away with. On my checking account, I have several transactions pending. All funds were in the account before the transactions posted, but because technically/on paper, I was overdrawn. The charged me 2 - $35 fees. They never paid out any of their money in my regard. They used my money in my account. I bank with another bank and they do not charge a fee as long as all monies are in the account before the transaction actually posts. read full review »
