i ordered for my trial supply of acai on 17Nov'08. On dec 4 i had been charged $89.31. but the fact was that i had not received my trail supply as well as the reg supply for which i had been charged $89. i called the customer support (877-350-8480) from my cell phone on saturday morning and surprisingly i through to them within 5 min. i told them the issue and they offered to resend the trial bottle and also asked me if i wanted to cancel my order. i got my order cancelled ( was scared of the numeroues issues people had with... read full review »
