I recently ordered a piece of jewelry which was sent to me via UPS. The package arrived on time. When I opened it, all the paperwork was in there, but there wasn't any jewelry. An inspection of the package revealed that the postage had been ripped off of the original package and taped onto the package I received. I called the shipper who confirmed my suspicions; the original package was sent in one of those stretchy plastic white envelopes and the package I received was in a document envelope.
