I listed our house with BuyOwner.com several months ago. They got $3, 500 of my hard-earned money, assuring me that with their aggressive advertising our house would most likely sell within a month. They tell you anything to get you to sign their no-money-back contract and then they forget you even exist. They don't care if your house ever sells because they get your money up front.
