hi my name is hailey seward, i like all of you ordered the Pure Acai Berry product. i recieved the product and was unhappy with it so i called and canceled my order. i continued to be charged 83.80 for the next 2 months. i called and wanted a refund and they refused to give it to me because i could not find the cancelation number. i even had the date and time that i called but they refused to accomidate me. i asked to be transfered to a manager and the customer service guy refused to allow me to talk to a manager or anyone incharge. this is a complete scam and illegal and unethical practice and i will be turning them into the BBB. read full review »
