On 3/21/08 I called mycreditreport.com and cancelled the 30day free trial. I was my 3rd day into the free trial. I told the person to cancel and they did not. For over a year I was billed on my debit card and the bank had no idea who was doing it. They were listed on my bank statement as MNI CREDTIRPT MNTR SVC 866 36586 CA. I found them April 21, 2009. When I attempted to sign in I learned that my password and username was expired. Sent them a letter requesting the $119.40 that was billed and I have not received my refund.
