I just looked at a detailed bill from a new Charge account with Capital One. On the statement, I have been charged every month since February of 2009 from a Creditinform vendor with the number 866-266-3745 for 8.99 each month. There is no mention of this vendor anywhere throughout my paperwork and as I dug a little further on some search engines, I find this is basically a European compnay with no ties to the Americas that literally allows and provides people to spy people financially for a fee.
