In response to this complaint...This particular bride and her mother met with me several times. I took the time to show them different samples to accommodate their budget. I showed them different price points to see what they wanted and they chose the arrangement they wanted. I delivered and set up this wedding personally. I was on site for at least one and a half hours. At not one point during that time did the bride or her mother comment that things were wrong or they were not satisfied.
