I scheduled a carpet cleaning with this company on Tuesday June 6, 2006. It was agreed that a technician would come on Thursday June 8, 2006 (a pre-arranged off day). In between the hours of 1:30 pm and 2:20pm. This was a perfect date and time since I was throwing a birthday party for my 1 year old son on Saturday June 10, 2006.
